lossy deep side parts and loose wet look hair are giving us goosebumps! The looks seen on the runways at various Autumn/Winter 2015 shows at the moment are fresh hair-fashion inspiration and we are lapping it up at Lily Jackson Hair & Makeup. Lets take a look at some of the looks we love best in the trend…

Moniuque Lhuillier:

A designer known for her glamourous bridal gowns, stunned audiences with her Eveningwear Collection.

HAIR: Deep side part, straight lengths, extra gloss and gel at partline to add massive shine and make flyaways non-existent.

MAKEUP: Uber-glam Jessica-Rabbit glossy red lips and stunning smokey eyes ampted up the sex-appeal of this collection.

Oscar De La Renta

HAIR: Totally sleeked-back wet look!

MAKEUP: Classic 60’s winged eyeliner teamed with a glossy peachy pout.

Marc by Marc Jacobs

Ready to Wear 2015 Fall Collection has a rebel-punk twist with berets and wet look relaxed waves that look like you’ve just stepped out of the shower!

HAIR: That 80’s relaxed perm/bodywave. It’s the wavy-hair gal just stepping off the dancefloor, AKA “I don’t care, this is who I am” look.

From Into the Gloss Tom’s Take: “The beauty here was inspired by ‘revolutionaries’—I guess that means messy, textured-but-flat, mousse-filled hair paired with a very angsty, teenage-girl-looking eye. Makeup was Marc Jacobs Beauty—mascara & liner on the top and bottom, inside and outside. It was somewhat Margot Tenenbaum-esque. This was all finished off by a very cool badge filled beret.”

Alexander Wang

This look is on fire with Alexander Wang dipping heavily into the trend, giving it a heavy metal ‘been moshing all-night’ grungy edge!

The idea was to make the models appear like…

…”rock n’ roll corpses and….army-of-darkness models”.From Into the Gloss.

HAIR: Wet look glossy, messy, toussled, flyaways on face.

MAKEUP: Grey smudgey smokey eyes and strong contoured brows with sculpted cheeks and natural pink lips.

Some other images that are really inspiring us come from the Donna Karan and Thakoon Collections seen at New York Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2015.
